What every shop agrees to when it lists on PrintPadi. KNUST pilot version — plain language, kept short on purpose.
You keep 100% of your price
PrintPadi takes no commission from your printing price. A client pays your listed per-page price (times pages and copies) plus a flat GHS 1.00 convenience fee that goes entirely to us. You receive exactly what you'd have earned from a cash sale — nothing is deducted.
No cash at the counter — ever
Every order that reaches your dashboard is already fully paid. You may never ask a client for cash, or for any payment beyond what's shown on your dashboard, for any reason — including for pages you think you were underpaid for. If a price seems wrong, contact us; don't collect the difference from the client. Violating this is grounds for suspension.
Payouts
Your earnings settle to the mobile money account you registered at signup, through Paystack. Changing that account requires our re-verification — we'll call the number already on file before any change takes effect, so a payout can't be silently redirected even if your login is compromised.
Print quality and turnaround
You're responsible for printing the compiled document exactly as the client approved it, and for keeping your dashboard's status accurate — Accept when you've seen an order, Mark Ready when it's printed and waiting, Handed Over once the client has it in hand. A client's own confirmation, not your Handed Over tap, is what finally closes an order — so accuracy protects you as much as it protects them.
Keeping the counter honest
Only hand a document to someone whose order is genuinely on your dashboard — a screenshot on a client's phone is never proof of payment. If your equipment is down or you're backed up, tap Paused rather than accepting orders you can't fulfil.
Approval and standing
You're verified in person — phone, shopfront photo, GPS location, and ID — before your shop goes live, and we may re-verify at any time. We may suspend a shop that repeatedly mishandles orders, requests cash, mishandles a payout change, or otherwise breaks this agreement.
Data
You can see the name and order details of a client who has ordered from you, for exactly as long as their file exists under our file-deletion rules — never beyond that, and never for clients who haven't ordered from your shop.
